If you are looking for a straightforward, ultra-fast conferencing system, you might want to look into TeamTalk 5.
Unlike modern voice apps that are heavy on graphics and system resources, TeamTalk focuses purely on functionality and performance. It allows users to participate in high-quality audio and video conversations, share their screens, and share files across the internet with incredibly low latency.
One of the biggest advantages of TeamTalk is its barebones, no-nonsense interface. There are no avatars or heavy graphics to load, which makes it exceptionally lightweight. Because of this, it is also widely recognized for its fantastic accessibility—making it highly compatible with screen readers and heavily favored by visually impaired communities.

Free Hosting on My Server
I recently got a pretty solid server for my own projects. While it's not some massive enterprise data center, it has plenty of resources and handles TeamTalk instances without breaking a sweat. Since I have the spare capacity, I’ve decided to open up free TeamTalk hosting for anyone in the community who might need a space to hang out.
Here is what you get if you want to host your server with me:
-
3 GB Disk Quota
TeamTalk allows file sharing within channels, and you will get 3 GB of initial storage space. This is very generous and more than enough for everyday use. All I ask is that you routinely clean up and delete files after people have downloaded them, just so the server doesn't get bogged down. If your community gets really active and you genuinely need more space, let me know and we can increase it. -
Up to 1,000 Users
The server can easily handle up to 1,000 concurrent users per instance. -
Custom Ports
You can request a specific port (like2025) for your server. I'll try to give you exactly what you ask for. If someone else is already using that port, I will assign you a random port that is as close as possible (like2026or2027).
Want a Music Bot?
If you want to play music from YouTube directly into your TeamTalk channel, I can also set up a Music Bot for you.
[!NOTE] Running a music bot requires a lot more CPU and memory to keep the audio streaming smoothly 24/7. Because of this, adding a Music Bot will require a small fee to help cover the server costs.
Request a Server
