Prasyarat: A registered account and basic understanding of the problem you want to solve.
Masalah
You have valuable knowledge, a bug fix, or a tutorial that you want to share with the community, but you are not sure how to format it using our new Structured Editor to make it look professional and easy to read.
Langkah Penyelesaian
1
Fill out the Context and Preparation fields (Part A).
1.1 Use the "Applies To" field to specify the operating system, app version, or hardware your guide is meant for (e.g., Windows 11).
1.2 Use the "Prerequisites" field to list anything the reader must have before starting (e.g., Administrator access, specific software installed).
2
Write the core Resolution Steps clearly. Focus on one major action per step box.
2.1 To add sub-steps (like this one), simply press Enter to start a new line and type a dash (-) followed by a space.
2.2 Keep instructions direct and concise.
2.3 If you need to emphasize something, use asterisks to make the text bold, or use underscores to make it italic.
3
Link to external resources if necessary. If you want to direct users to download a file or read official documentation, you can create a clickable link using our custom markdown syntax. Type it exactly like this: Download Here (buka di jendela baru).
Verifikasi
In this box, explain how the reader can confirm that they have successfully completed the guide. What should they see on their screen? What message should appear? Giving clear verification steps prevents confusion.
Jebakan
List the most frequent mistakes users make when following your guide. For example:
• Forgetting to run a program as an Administrator.
• Missing a space in a terminal command.
• Skipping a prerequisite step.
Anticipating these mistakes will drastically reduce frustration for your readers!
